1. Products and Orders
* All products are prepared fresh to order, using high-quality ingredients, including frozen fruits where applicable. Products may be customised by the customer or selected from our standardised menu offerings.
* Images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary in appearance.
* Orders may be placed daily between 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM (GST), subject to availability and operational capacity.
* B-Fresh reserves the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of unavailability, suspected misuse, or technical errors.
2. Delivery and Service Areas
* Delivery services are currently available within the Emirate of Dubai only, seven days a week.
* Average delivery time is up to 35 minutes from the confirmation of order, however this may vary based on location, demand, and third-party delivery partner capacity.
* Deliveries are fulfilled exclusively via authorised third-party delivery platforms.
* Delivery fees are determined by the applicable rates of the respective delivery partners and are non-negotiable.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
* Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of our products, cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed. Preparation commences immediately upon order confirmation.
* Products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.
* In the event of a defective or incorrect item, customers must notify B-Fresh within five (5) minutes of receiving the order. Upon verification, a replacement, refund, or credit may be issued at B-Fresh’s sole discretion.
4. Health, Ingredients & Allergens
* While we make reasonable efforts to display accurate ingredient information, B-Fresh does not guarantee that products are free from allergens.
* Our products may contain, or come into contact with, allergens such as nuts, soy, dairy, and gluten.
* Customers with food sensitivities or allergies are advised to contact our customer service team prior to placing an order.
5. Intellectual Property & Site Use
* All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and logos, is the exclusive property of B-Fresh or its licensors and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
* This website is intended for personal and lawful use only.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
* These terms shall be governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai.
* Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dubai, UAE.
